Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with children, adolescents, and women, supporting them through issues such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, emotional regulation, relationship difficulties, self-esteem, and more. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), person-centered therapy, solution-focused therapy, and play therapy, I tailor my approach to meet each client where they are.
I believe in creating a safe, supportive space where clients feel truly heard and empowered to grow.
Whether you're seeking support for yourself or your child, I’m here to help you move forward with greater confidence, clarity, and emotional well-being.
