Personal Counseling for Women
Here, your emotional well-being and personal growth come first. I provide compassionate, personalized support for women navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, low self-esteem, and more.
Using evidence-based approaches—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), person-centered therapy, and Interpersonal therapy—I tailor our work to your unique needs and life experiences.
Together, we’ll explore practical solutions, build inner strength, and foster meaningful connections, helping you feel more confident, empowered, and aligned with the life you want to live.
Your journey toward healing and self-discovery begins here.

Counseling for Teenagers
Adolescence can be overwhelming—for teens and parents alike. I support teenagers struggling with a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, self-esteem, peer and family conflict, academic stress, self-harm, substance use, body image concerns, and more.
Using evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), person-centered therapy, and solution-focused techniques, I create a compassionate, non-judgmental space where teens feel heard, safe, and empowered to explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.
The goal is to help teens build resilience, develop healthy coping strategies, and move forward with confidence—while giving parents the peace of mind that their child is supported and truly cared for.

Child Counseling
Childhood is full of change, big emotions, and growing challenges. I work with children ages 6–12 who may be struggling with anxiety, sadness, behavioral issues, emotional regulation, low self-esteem, school difficulties, peer conflicts, family transitions, and more.
Using a developmentally appropriate and engaging approach, I incorporate play therapy, CBT, ACT, and person-centered therapy, to help children express themselves in ways that feel natural and safe.
Through play, creative expression, and conversation, children learn how to understand and manage their emotions, improve behavior, and build healthy coping skills. I also partner closely with parents to ensure consistent support at home and in everyday life.
Here, children are met with warmth, understanding, and the tools they need to grow with confidence.
